Here is a simple list that I ask you to follow if you wish to books an appointment with me via internet.

-Time and Date requested.
-Piece to be worked on, details description and referance artwork. Please see an example.
-Paypal deposit minimum of 50$ made out to xxchaserxzoexx@hotmail.com (This goes towards the price of your tattoo)
-A high resolution un-edited photo of the area you want tattooed, with something to reference it in size. Example taking a photo of your arm and using a dollar bill for reference next to your arm in the photo. So I can see what will work for your tattoo.
-If you have a budget in mind please tell me in advance so I can work with that budget.
-Please understand I will do my best to make sure your appointment is on time and prompt. Occasionally people show up late to prior appointments and that can push back yours a bit. I will not cut your time short! I will stay late and compensate that time at any means.
-If you do not show to your appointment you will not be refunded your deposit. I must stress this, and the money will not roll into another tattoo. It is a waste of my time when you do not show up to an appointment.
-I offer suggestions and advice on tattoos for what will and won’t work. They are not suggestions you have to take but in some instances,
I will not do absurd requests.
*Including highly detailed tattoos in a unreasonable area or of size. (Please don’t ask for a portrait the size of a nickel and expect it to be perfect.)
*I will not tattoo faces, It is highly stressful and not worth it in my opinion.
*I will not do racial slur tattoos.
*I will not tattoo outside of my studio or guest studio. Please do not ask me this is non-negotiable. It is a 3rd degree felony here in Florida. Doing so you are considered a biomedical waste producer without practicing in a licensed facility in which you are operating in at time of procedure, and without supervision of a doctor it is a felony and jail time can be served.
* I will not answer questions to anyone tattooing outside of a professional studio. I DO NOT condone such illegitimate activities and I will not contribute to such negligence. It is a hazard to your self, the client and anyone else in the general vicinity of the tattoo being practiced. Whether it is at the time of procedure or within a year of that time in the said area.
